Origin\u00e1ln\u00ed koncept restaurace je inspirov\u00e1n chut\u011bmi modern\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b a klade d\u016fraz na vyu\u017eit\u00ed sez\u00f3nn\u00edch surovin z vlastn\u00ed produkce a od lok\u00e1ln\u00edch farm\u00e1\u0159\u016f, poctivou \u0159emeslnou v\u00fdrobu a udr\u017eitelnost provozu.    <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJsme moc r\u00e1di, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme host\u016fm pln\u011b p\u0159edstavit ve\u010dern\u00ed koncept na\u0161\u00ed restaurace The Artisan. Ve\u010dern\u00ed menu jsem sestavil se sv\u00fdm t\u00fdmem a je inspirov\u00e1no dlouhodobou spoluprac\u00ed s na\u0161imi osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdmi lok\u00e1ln\u00edmi farm\u00e1\u0159i a dodavateli,\u201c <strong>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 David Rejhon.<\/strong>         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelhouse.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/The-Artisan-food-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3745\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Host\u00e9 The Artisan mohou ochutnat p\u0159edkrmy a hlavn\u00ed chody vyb\u00edrat hned z n\u011bkolika kategori\u00ed, podle toho, odkud poch\u00e1z\u00ed hlavn\u00ed ingredience jednotliv\u00fdch pokrm\u016f: farma, \u0159eka, zahrada \u010di pole a les. Mezi delikatesy z nab\u00eddky p\u0159edkrm\u016f pat\u0159\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b hov\u011bz\u00ed tatar\u00e1k z plemene \u010cestr p\u0159ipravovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed hosty, uzen\u00e9 kachn\u00ed prso s rebarborou a dom\u00e1c\u00edm pampeli\u0161kov\u00fdm medem a tradi\u010dn\u00ed kulajda s nakl\u00e1dan\u00fdmi houbami, k\u0159epel\u010d\u00edm vejcem a koprem.  \u201eP\u0159i sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed menu v\u017edy db\u00e1me na rozmanitost chut\u00ed, a tak jsme jako hlavn\u00ed chody na z\u00e1v\u011br letn\u00ed sez\u00f3ny za\u0159adili nap\u0159\u00edklad jesetera s kedlubnou a kavi\u00e1rem z Rieslingu, na\u0161\u00ed \u201eartisanskou\u201c sv\u00ed\u010dkovou s karlovarsk\u00fdm knedl\u00edkem a vegetari\u00e1ni si jist\u011b pochutnaj\u00ed t\u0159eba na grilovan\u00e9m kv\u011bt\u00e1ku s vejcem 62 a o\u0159echy nebo hl\u00edv\u011b \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 s pohankou, kl\u00ed\u010dky jehli\u010d\u00ed a jalovcem,\u201c p\u0159edstavuje vybran\u00e9 pochoutky z hlavn\u00edho menu David Rejhon. \u201eNechyb\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ani top v\u00fdb\u011br sta\u0159en\u00fdch hov\u011bz\u00edch steak\u016f z Josper grilu \u010di vep\u0159ov\u00e1 pe\u010den\u011b, kter\u00e9 si host\u00e9 mohou dochutit na\u0161imi dom\u00e1c\u00edmi om\u00e1\u010dkami z pep\u0159e a rumu, m\u00e1ku a \u0161vestky nebo km\u00ednu a piva,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelhouse.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/The-Artisan-David-Rejhon-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3743\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Menu restaurace je v\u017edy p\u0159ipravov\u00e1no v \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci s ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi farm\u00e1\u0159i p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edmi v okruhu 200 kilometr\u016f od Prahy, co\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje udr\u017eitelnost p\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b surovin.  Mezi dvorn\u00ed dodavatele masa nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvality pat\u0159\u00ed A-maso, restaurace ji\u017e dlouhodob\u011b spolupracuje tak\u00e9 s rodinnou farmou Kalendova Chabryb\u00e1rna z Prahy, dod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u017edy \u010derstv\u00e9 ryby z venkovn\u00edch rybn\u00edk\u016f nap\u00e1jen\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm pramenem, a rovn\u011b\u017e se Slune\u010dn\u00ed farmou Vyk\u00e1\u0148, zn\u00e1mou pro organick\u00e9 p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed des\u00edtek druh\u016f paprik, raj\u010dat a dal\u0161\u00edch jedine\u010dn\u00fdch odr\u016fd zeleniny, ovoce a bylin. \u0160\u00e9fkucha\u0159 a jeho t\u00fdm rovn\u011b\u017e hojn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed zahr\u00e1dku a vnit\u0159n\u00ed kultiv\u00e1tor, kde p\u011bstuj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed bylinky, jedl\u00e9 kv\u011bty a v\u00fdhonky, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nejen k obohacen\u00ed chuti pokrm\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 k v\u00fdrob\u011b vlastn\u00edch olej\u016f, oct\u016f
