P\u0159esto, navzdory rostouc\u00edmu z\u00e1jmu o zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed potraviny, se\u00a0mnoha \u010cech\u016fm st\u00e1le neda\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ej\u00edt na vyv\u00e1\u017eenou stravu \u2013 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 60 % z\u00a0nich trp\u00ed nadv\u00e1hou nebo obezitou.<\/strong><sup><strong><a id=\"sdfootnote1anc\" href=\"#sdfootnote1sym\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/strong><\/sup><strong> Mezi \u010dast\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky na cest\u011b ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost \u2013 nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed, dlouh\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava nebo pocit, \u017ee j\u00eddlo nebude chutn\u00e9. Vliv zdrav\u00e9ho j\u00eddla na kvalitu \u017eivota \u010dlov\u011bka je p\u0159itom z\u00e1sadn\u00ed a nem\u011bli bychom jej podce\u0148ovat. Skoro polovina lid\u00ed nej\u00ed denn\u011b ani jednu z&nbsp;doporu\u010den\u00fdch p\u011bti porc\u00ed ovoce nebo zeleniny<sup><a href=\"#sdfootnote4sym\" id=\"sdfootnote4anc\"><sup>4<\/sup><\/a><\/sup>. \u0160patn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159itom prokazateln\u011b p\u0159edstavuje v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed riziko ne\u017e t\u0159eba kou\u0159en\u00ed.<sup><a href=\"#sdfootnote5sym\" id=\"sdfootnote5anc\"><sup>5<\/sup><\/a><\/sup> Spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;nedostatkem pohybov\u00e9 aktivity vede nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 dieta k&nbsp;nerovnov\u00e1ze mezi p\u0159\u00edjmem a&nbsp;v\u00fddejem energie a negativn\u011b pot\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uje celkov\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvou je udr\u017eet si zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky dlouhodob\u011b. To vy\u017eaduje nejen zm\u011bnu stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f, ale i komplexn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje<strong> nutri\u010dn\u00ed poradce a\u00a0osobn\u00ed tren\u00e9r Ing. Ruku na srdce, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd z&nbsp;n\u00e1s u\u017e n\u011bkterou \u201ekouzelnou\u201c dietu vyzkou\u0161el. Ale bohu\u017eel skoro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 z&nbsp;nich se ned\u00e1 dr\u017eet donekone\u010dna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d jsou tyto diety tak stresuj\u00edc\u00ed a neefektivn\u00ed? \u010cast\u00fdm d\u016fvodem je volba p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch dietn\u00edch omezen\u00ed s&nbsp;v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm celkov\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu a nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pestrou stravou. T\u0159eba nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyzkou\u0161enou dietou je pro 87 % lid\u00ed vy\u0159azen\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch typ\u016f potravin z&nbsp;j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku<sup><a href=\"#sdfootnote6sym\" id=\"sdfootnote6anc\"><sup>6<\/sup><\/a><\/sup>. Pokud&nbsp;ale&nbsp;ze&nbsp;sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku n\u00e1hle vy\u0159ad\u00edte \u0161irok\u00e9 spektrum b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch potravin, vystavujete se mo\u017en\u00e9mu nedostatku n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u017eivin a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm komplikac\u00edm. Lid\u00e9 se pak vrac\u00ed k p\u016fvodn\u00edm stravovac\u00edm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm, a to v\u011bt\u0161inou vede k&nbsp;nechvaln\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9mu &#8222;jojo efektu&#8220;, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9mu skon\u010d\u00edme bu\u010f se stejnou, nebo&nbsp;je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1hou ne\u017e p\u016fvodn\u011b. A spousta lid\u00ed si proto p\u0159i snaze zhubnout p\u0159ipravuje pouze chu\u0165ov\u00e9 o\u0161izen\u00e9 pokrmy. Navzdory obecn\u00e9mu p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed ale nutri\u010dn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 j\u00eddla nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nev\u00fdrazn\u00e1. Nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bylinky nebo ko\u0159en\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zpest\u0159it ka\u017ed\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. Tak\u00e9 grilov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo pe\u010den\u00ed zv\u00fdrazn\u00ed chut\u011b \u2013 v\u011b\u0159te, s\u00a0trochou kreativity se daj\u00ed vykouzlit velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 a\u00a0chutn\u00e9 recepty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017edodenn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ov\u0161em \u010dasov\u011b i psychicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 fanatick\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na slo\u017een\u00ed j\u00eddla a jeho kalorickou hodnotu \u010dasto vede k naru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho vztahu k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu. Omezuj\u00edc\u00ed pravidla a pocity viny, kdy\u017e se nepoda\u0159\u00ed splnit stanoven\u00fd c\u00edl, vedou k tomu, \u017ee snahu zm\u011bnit sv\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed nakonec vzd\u00e1me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Sna\u017eila jsem se zpest\u0159it si sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, va\u0159it si doma zdrav\u00e1 j\u00eddla, a dokonce si nosit vlastn\u00ed j\u00eddlo do pr\u00e1ce. Bylo to velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, dokonce tak moc, \u017ee jsem to nedok\u00e1zala dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eet,\u201c <\/em>popisuje<strong> Marie <\/strong>svou trnitou cestu ke zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu. <em>\u201ePostupem \u010dasu jsem za\u010dala vynech\u00e1vat n\u011bkter\u00e9 j\u00eddla nebo jsem jedla jen jednou denn\u011b. To vedlo k neust\u00e1l\u00e9mu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed o j\u00eddle a ve\u010dern\u00edmu p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed. A&nbsp;ve&nbsp;fin\u00e1le k&nbsp;pocitu znechucen\u00ed sama ze sebe. Nakonec mi do\u0161la energie a vr\u00e1tila jsem se ke star\u00fdm nezdrav\u00fdm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V \u010dem je kl\u00ed\u010d k \u00fasp\u011bchu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jsou zm\u011bny v&nbsp;na\u0161em j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku u\u017e od za\u010d\u00e1tku spojen\u00e9 s pocitem nutnosti a omezen\u00ed, obvykle nemaj\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 trv\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud k nim ov\u0161em p\u0159istoup\u00edme s&nbsp;pocitem radosti, \u017ee chceme n\u011bco ud\u011blat pro sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed j\u00e1, m\u00e1me \u0161anci je udr\u017eet dlouhodob\u011b. Racion\u00e1ln\u00ed strava je o vyv\u00e1\u017eenosti a rozmanitosti potravin, nikoliv o&nbsp;hladov\u011bn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch diet\u00e1ch. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je p\u0159izp\u016fsobit stravu individu\u00e1ln\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m a&nbsp;chu\u0165ov\u00fdm preferenc\u00edm. Neexistuje jedin\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jak se za\u010d\u00edt stravovat zdrav\u011bji \u2013 n\u011bkdo rad\u011bji za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 s&nbsp;nov\u00fdm j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dkem pomalu, jin\u00fd to vezme od podlahy. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k&nbsp;trval\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f je toti\u017e nastavit si je tak, aby n\u00e1m vyhovovaly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159it se na skute\u010dn\u00e9 d\u016fvody, pro\u010d chceme n\u011bco ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu zm\u011bnit. Skute\u010dn\u00fdm c\u00edlem by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt jen touha p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit se n\u011bjak\u00e9mu ide\u00e1lu kr\u00e1sy \u010di splnit o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed okol\u00ed, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u00e9\u010de o sebe, udr\u017een\u00ed kondice a vitality.
